Delivery:

Due to their valuable nature, purchased Minteu pieces will be securely and personally hand-couriered in the continental United States and carefully shipped internationally. Deliveries will arrive within 7 business days of purchase in the US and within 12 business days internationally. Upon delivery in the US, the courier will verify the piece's condition. Buyer is not responsible for delivery damage to the piece.

Return Policy:

Upon receiving a Minteu product, you have 48 hours to decide whether to keep the piece or return it for any reason, in original condition, for a full refund. This does not include damage done by the buyer after receiving the piece as verified by the courier. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Within this 48 hour time frame, you must contact Minteu at [email protected] or through this website and notify him of your intention to return the piece and receive instructions on how to reship it. You simply need only to contact Minteu with your intentions within this time frame, and not receive a response and instructions.

After receiving re-shipping instructions from Minteu, you then have 4 days to ship the piece back in original condition. Please verify that the piece is in original condition and has not been damaged by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for paying reshipping and insurance costs. Notify Minteu when the product has shipped. *The 4 day window is for you to simply reship the piece, not for it to be received by Minteu.*

When Minteu receives the piece your money will be immediately refunded.

***If you do not contact Minteu within 48 hours of receiving your piece to request a return, and then do not ship the piece back within 4 days of receiving shipping instructions from Minteu, all sales will be final and you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
